Good questions
Where does the dirty wash water go?
Not into the stormwater. Gutters and drains in Mackay flow straight to our creeks and out to the Reef, so wash water is kept out of the stormwater system. Runoff is directed onto lawn or garden areas instead of the gutter, and loose grime is swept up and taken away.
How long does a clean take?
A standard double driveway usually takes about 1.5–2.5 hours, depending on how much build-up there is. Small driveways take less and large ones a bit more. We'll give you a time window when we book.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum (that covers your two cleans) and no upfront cost. After 12 months, stop any time. Yearly plans are paid once upfront.
When will my two cleans be?
Roughly six months apart. A lot of people like one clean before the wet season and one after it, when the mould has had its run. We text to confirm each date.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not. Just move the cars off the driveway on the day. You'll get before & after photos when we're done.
What if it rains on the day?
Light rain is usually fine. If the weather's really bad we'll text you and move the clean to the next good day.
What's the founding member deal?
